APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the rules to which the use of the El Mananero Radio APP (hereinafter, the APP) is subject, which can be downloaded from the Google Play and Apple Store domains. Downloading or using the APP attributes the condition of User to whoever does so and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this document and in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of said Web page. The User should read these conditions each time he uses the APP, since they could be modified in the future.

2. Only Users expressly authorized by Mananero Radio may access the download and use of the APP. Users who do not have authorization will not be able to access said content.

3. Charges: You are responsible for payment of all costs or expenses you incur as a result of downloading and using the Mananero Radio Application, including any carrier network or roaming charges. Check with your service provider for details on this.

4. Anonymous statistics: Mananero Radio reserves the right to track your activity on the Application and to report it to our third-party statistical service providers. All this anonymously.

5. Protection of your personal information: we want to help you carry out all the necessary steps to protect your privacy and information. Please review Mananero Radio's Privacy Policy and App privacy notices to learn what information we collect and the steps we take to protect your personal information.

6. It is prohibited to alter or modify any part of the APP or its contents, circumvent, deactivate or manipulate in any other way (or try to circumvent, deactivate or manipulate) the security functions or other functions of the program and use the APP or its contents for a commercial or advertising purpose. The use of the APP with the purpose of injuring property, rights or interests of Mananero Radio or third parties is prohibited. It is also prohibited to make any other use that alters, damages or disables the networks, servers, equipment, products and computer programs of Mananero Radio or third parties.

7. The APP and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, content, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as the brands and other distinctive signs are the property of Mananero Radio or third parties , the User not acquiring any right over them by the mere use of the APP. The User must refrain from: a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the APP or its contents, except in the cases contemplated by law or expressly authorized by Mananero Radio or by the owner of said rights. b) Reproduce or copy the APP or its contents for private use, as well as communicate them publicly or make them available to third parties when this entails their reproduction. c) Extract or reuse all or a substantial part of the contents of the APP.

8. Subject to the conditions established in the previous section, Mananero Radio grants the User a license to use the APP, non-exclusive, free, for personal use, limited to the national territory and indefinitely. Said license is also granted in the same terms with respect to updates and improvements made to the application. Said use licenses may be revoked by Mananero Radio unilaterally at any time, by mere notification to the User.

9. It is up to the User, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of malicious programs or any other harmful computer element. Mananero Radio is not responsible for damages caused to computer equipment during the use of the APP. Likewise, Mananero Radio will not be responsible for the damages produced to the Users when said damages originate from failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that interrupt the service.

10. IMPORTANT: We may, without incurring any obligation to you, change these Terms of Use without notice at any time. If you continue to use the Application after any changes to these Terms of Use have been made, your continued use will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept these terms of use or agree to be bound by them, you must not use the application or download or use any related software. The use you make of the application is under your sole responsibility. We have no responsibility for the deletion or inability to store or transmit any content or other information maintained or transmitted by the Application. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or advice transmitted through the application. We may, at any time, limit or discontinue your use at our sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any related loss or damage.

11. The User undertakes to make correct use of the APP, in accordance with the Law, with these Terms and Conditions of Use and with the other regulations and instructions that, if applicable, may be applicable. The User will respond to Mananero Radio and against third parties from any damages or losses that may be caused by breach of these obligations.

12. These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed entirely by Dominican law. For the resolution of any conflict related to its interpretation or application, the User expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic).
